We contribute to ensuring that the identity of Portuguese cuisine is not lost, as the restaurant is located in a region known for its ancestral gastronomy full of intense flavours, comfort and creativity.

Seasonality

As well as tradition and seasonality being intrinsically linked historically, we believe that working with seasonal products is the key to sustainability in the catering sector, which is so essential in today's world.

Local Products

Montemor-o-Novo has unique characteristics for agriculture and a diversity of producers who treat the land with respect. At Poda, we work closely with many of these producers, who even optimise some of their production with our restaurant in mind. It's a privilege.

Cuisine of Excellence

What makes Poda so unique is the hand of Chef João Narigueta, who, through his in-depth knowledge of Portuguese gastronomic evolution (research), manages to make centuries-old recipes shine through haute cuisine techniques.
