We respect each ingredient, each recipe and its history and the identity of Portuguese cuisine, which has ancestral roots. This is also the philosophy of Chef João Narigueta, from Alentejo, body and soul, and a distinguished professional in combining the traditional with the modern.

Wines

Passionate about wine, sommelier Miguel Dominguinhos opened Poda with the aim of showcasing the quality of producers from each Portuguese region, some of them unknown to the general public. The aim is to surprise customers by giving them the same satisfaction as Miguel with each new discovery.
